Ladies don´t need any special preparation.
They simply need to show up and enjoy!
For men to maximize their skin comfort and benefits, shaving is recommended before a facial treatment.
To feel more relaxed we advise you to have a shower before treatments.

What to Wear
It is not required any code dress since you have spa clothing in your locker (robe, slippers and towels).
We provide sands for facial massages as well Spa shorts for keep your privacy. For the other treatments and body massages we offer comfortable disposable underwear.

Environment
In order to keep a tranquilly Spa environment and for you to enjoy our stay we ask to switch off mobile phones and other electronic equipments.

Privacy
Your privacy will be always respected.
Our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.
In all body treatments ladies could include, or not, the bust area.

Age Policy
Children under 16 are not permitted in MALO CLINIC Spa.
To protect the peaceful nature of the spa and its environment, the children must be accompanied by an adult.

Delays
We understand that you may be delayed, and we will do our best to accommodate your treatment.
However, late arrival may compromise the length and effectiveness of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
As all treatments require appointment, please notify us if you need to cancel your schedule. Our team will be glad to arrange you another scheduled time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours before, incur of a 100% fee.
